Questions
If the answer is not here, call or write.
How do fitment checks work?+
Every listing says one of two things: it names a cab and a model year, or it says the frame is built to the truck. Send the VIN either way. We pull the build sheet, check the bumper and headlight geometry against the frame, and tell you before anything is cut — including when the answer is that nothing in the range suits your front end.
What does “built to the truck” mean?+
The factory catalogue publishes most of the range as a universal fit rather than against a named model year. We do not pass that along as a confirmed bolt-on. The frame is built and the bracket set cut once the VIN confirms the geometry, which adds lead time and removes the guessing.
Which finish should I order?+
Polished only goes over stainless 304 or 201 and is the one that shows every scratch. PVC dipping puts an eighth of an inch of PVC over the powder coat and is the toughest thing we ship into a salt belt. Black, white, scratchless and gloss black powder sit in between. Every SKU page lists the coats that frame is actually offered in.
How does freight work?+
Guards ship on a pallet, not on ground service. We quote the freight per destination before anything is booked, and we send the carrier and the pro number once it moves.
How do returns work?+
Thirty days from delivery, no restocking fee, and the frame has to come back uninstalled in its packaging. A guard that has been drilled or cut cannot go back — which is exactly why the VIN check happens first.
Do you carry fleet accounts?+
Yes, from ten trucks up. Net 30 terms, a named contact, and one finish spec held across the whole fleet so replacements match what is already on the road.
