Terms of sale
Short, and in the order things actually happen: a request, an invoice, payment against the invoice, freight, and what can come back.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by FreightLink Truck Parts LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (state file no. 10717257), registered through Northwest Registered Agent Service, Inc.. Orders, invoices, shipping and returns are handled by that company. Reach it at +1 (302) 264-7993 or contact@freight-parts.com.
An order on this site is a request
No prices are published and nothing is charged on the site. Placing an order sends us a list of parts, your contact details, the ship-to address and, if you give it, the truck and VIN. We check fitment, price the parts and the freight, and reply with an invoice. There is no contract of sale until that invoice is issued, and the site may decline a request — for example when no frame in the range suits the truck.
Prices, invoices and payment
Prices and freight are stated on the invoice, in US dollars, and are valid for the period the invoice says. Payment is made against the invoice by the method it names. Banking details appear only on the invoice, are never published on this site and are never changed by email — if a message asks you to pay somewhere else, call us before paying. Nothing ships until the invoice is paid.
Fitment
A listing either names a cab and model years or says the frame is built to the truck. In both cases we confirm fitment against the VIN before anything is cut or shipped. A part described as universal is built to order for the truck on the VIN you give; an error in the VIN or the truck details is the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping
Guards and bumpers ship by LTL freight on a pallet; smaller trim ships by parcel where it fits. Freight is quoted per destination before anything is booked, and the delivery type you choose at checkout (dock, liftgate, residential, terminal pick-up) is what the quote is based on. The carrier and the pro number are sent once the order moves. Inspect the pallet on delivery and note any damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing.
Returns
Return terms are stated on the support page and on the invoice; the invoice governs where the two differ. A frame that has been drilled, cut or installed cannot be returned — which is why fitment is confirmed first.
Warranty and liability
To be completed by FreightLink Truck Parts LLC — the scope of any warranty on materials and finishes, and the limits of liability, are set out on the invoice until this section is published.
Governing law
